is on its way.

Meet RoamPebble. We’re creating playful ways to explore your neighbourhood — and our first adventure could begin with Halloween in Castlemilk.

Our proposed first adventure

Find the pumpkins.
Follow the fun.

Imagine a local map of decorated homes that welcome trick-or-treaters, alongside Halloween events. A little neighbourhood adventure, shaped by the people who live here.

  • Welcoming stops
Residents choose to submit their own decorated home and welcoming times.
  • Discover what’s happening
Explore local Halloween events and decorated displays.
  • Make it an adventure
Optional playful clues could turn your walk into a mini hunt.

We’re exploring this idea for Castlemilk. The map, event date and submission process are still being planned.

RoamPebble exploring a glowing autumn trail with cheerful Halloween pumpkins

A local idea.
A shared adventure.

Here’s how the community map could work when it opens.

1

Choose to take part

Residents submit their own stop. Organisers submit their events. Each listing would include a date, times and the details visitors need.

2

Check the details

We plan to review submissions before they appear. Hosts would be able to update or withdraw their listing when plans change.

3

Explore together

Families choose the stops that suit them, follow welcoming times and enjoy the neighbourhood at their own pace.

More discoveries around the corner.

Our wider plan includes area treasure hunts, learning adventures and fun seasonal themes — with an online tool for creating your own custom hunts.

A few things to know

Is the Halloween map live yet?

Not yet. RoamPebble is launching soon, and the community Halloween map is a proposed launch idea. We’ll share confirmed details here when they’re ready.

Would every decorated house be listed?

No. The idea is for residents to opt in themselves. Decorations alone would not mean a home welcomes visitors, and nobody should submit another person’s home without their permission.

Would we need to follow a set route?

The idea is to let families choose their own stops. Any optional hunt or clues would be there for fun, with no timer or pressure to complete everything.
